Nothing matters if the show isn't world class and in perfect union with the music. To pull it off we built a small team of complimentary media design specialists and gave them the headspace to do their best work. Also key to the process was keeping the CSO involved from beginning to end. The team needed to stay motivated for weeks on end as the day of the show approached so we had to be careful to work with designers we trusted to get the job done without much supervision.
